We are proud to announce that several new features were launched on the Talent Alpha platform this week. The goal of these changes has been to make sure the application process for projects will be as quick and beneficial to our partners as possible.
With these new functionalities, it’s now possible to:
- Apply to projects with a CV – managers no longer need to create a basic account for a specialist in order to apply for a project. It can be done by only uploading a CV and adding the most important data,
- Manage applications in one tab – status checking, withdrawing these applications, and more,
- Apply with a specialist’s profile – if the specialist has an existing profile, it can be used while applying to a project. No need to share them on Talent Marketplace first anymore.
Incorporated changes will help manage Talent on the platform, giving our Partners a clear view of the process.
