Talent Alpha attended the CWS North America Virtual Summit this week organized by Staffing Industry Analysts. This is the premier event of its kind in for the Procurement and Contingent Workforce Industry.
Besides hosting a high tech virtual booth over the two day digital event, Talent Alpha had a prominent Speaker Spotlight Session featuring co-panelist Kristina M. Hardy from Novartis. Talent Alpha CEO Przemek Berendt, presented an overview of how the Covid-19 pandemic is affecting the Contingent Workforce strategies across the globe and showed how some of the latest developments in Talent Analytics and Talent Management technology can help organizations to thrive in the new reality.
Together with Kristina Hardy, Przemek had in depth discussion about the recent Proof of Concept project Talent Alpha designed for Novartis to help revolutionize their Talent Acquisition process for certain key positions.
