January IT Business Community Meetup Recap

Talent Alpha’s second IT Business Community Meetup was held on January 27, 2022. 

The event was attended by a large group of IT decision makers from around the globe, allowing for a robust exchange of ideas from various competitive markets. 

Key talking points included: 

• Finding and growing talent amid the increasing talent gap 
• Dealing with growing pressures on salaries and margins 
• Comparisons of margin levels across attendees 
• Market and business-growth predictions for the next 6 to 12 months 

During the session, the results of Talent Alpha’s recent IT Business Survey into growing salary expectations were also released and discussed with the group. 

The next meetup is planned for late February 2022.
