On March 5th, we had the pleasure of taking part in a truly special event – Women’s Day 2026 organized by the IT Girls Foundation.
We were proud to be a partner of this initiative. And although we often use the word “event,” in this case it feels much more accurate to call it a celebration – a celebration for the mind, body, and soul. From the very first moments, it was clear that this was more than just another industry gathering – it was a space where professional growth goes hand in hand with well-being.

This year’s edition focused on highly relevant topics: digital hygiene and resilience to overstimulation. The program was built around these themes, naturally combining inspiration with practical insights.

Participants had the opportunity to attend expert talks delivered by industry professionals. There was also space for reflection during a workshop dedicated to “digital detox” and finding calm in a world of excess. Important questions were raised during the engaging Oxford-style debate: is universal access to information a privilege for growth, or a cost to our well-being? Our CEO, Julita Iks, also took part in the debate.

We also cannot overlook what is just as important as knowledge – relationships. Networking, conversations, and the exchange of experiences and energy among women (and not only!) in the IT industry created a unique atmosphere of openness and support.

We are happy to have been a partner of this event and to help co-create a space that offers more than inspiration – one that encourages pause, reflection, and provides real tools to take care of ourselves in a fast-paced world.
See you next year!
