We were pleased to join La French Tech Krakow’s conference at the French Consulate in Krakow, uniting Polish and French leaders in technology and HR.
On 5 June, Talent Alpha had the distinct pleasure of participating in a unique event hosted by La French Tech Krakow. The event welcomed an esteemed delegation of over 20 HR Directors from Groupe Crédit Agricole France, brought together by IFCAM, the group’s internal university. Their visit emphasized a growing commitment to international collaboration and innovation in human resources and technology.

One of the key moments of the day was the HR-Tech Startup Pitch Contest, showcasing cutting-edge solutions in the HR space. Our CEO, Julita Iks, represented Talent Alpha, presenting our vision – how our platform empowers organizations with access to top tech talent.
We extend our sincere thanks to Romain Rebour, President of La French Tech Krakow, and his entire team for the warm invitation and flawless organization of the event. Special thanks as well to the French Consulate in Krakow and Groupe Crédit Agricole France for making this international exchange possible.
At Talent Alpha, we believe that innovation thrives through collaboration — especially when it crosses borders and connects diverse ecosystems. We are a living example of this, with our platform bringing together over 1,000 partners from 55 countries.
We’re proud to be part of Kraków’s dynamic tech community and look forward to more initiatives that foster meaningful partnerships around the world!
