Half a year full of action!

July has just started – the perfect moment to take a look back and sum up everything we’ve achieved so far. Here’s what we’ve been up to:

We sent out 50+ newsletters and updates to our platform partners, featuring weekly IT job listings for tech specialists and urgent requests from our recruiting clients.

We released the “Lost & Found in Technology” report (part of the Future of Work series) – a major highlight of our year, published in collaboration with fantastic partners: Proservartner, Randstad Polska, Fundacja IT Girls, ABSL Poland, Pro Progressio, Adaptive Edge Initiative, Datarabbit, fireup.pro, Osborne Clarke – Poland, SecureCert, Unshade, Executive Magazine, FOCUS ON Business | media, and Poland Online.

We conducted the Tech Business Readiness survey, asking professionals and managers from around the world about their experiences with tech implementation and their teams’ readiness for emerging challenges.

We attended industry events and webinars – including the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit, our report launch webinar, La French Tech Kraków Meeting, JEurope 2025, and Talk&Drinks Poznań.

Team spirit matters to us, and we believe that great teamwork starts with a positive atmosphere. We successfully hosted two team offsites – in Poznań and Kraków.

We have established a significant partnership – a contract with a global company providing consulting, IT services, digital transformation, and BPO solutions. The company employs over 350,000 people worldwide and operates in more than 50 countries.
