On April 2nd, we launched the report “Lost & Found in Technology”, prepared in collaboration with Proservartner. The publication is part of the Future of Work series and this edition focuses on the challenges and opportunities brought by digital transformation across various sectors.
On the same day, we hosted a launch webinar, during which our CEO Julita Iks, together with members of the Proservartner team, discussed the key insights, findings, and trends shaping the future of work in the era of rapid technological advancement.

A key part of the webinar was the presentation of findings from the Tech Business Readiness survey, conducted specifically for the report.
The results reveal a significant gap between perception and reality when it comes to technological readiness. Only 13% of respondents believe their companies are able to keep up with the fast pace of technological change. Meanwhile, 46% of organizations overestimate their tech readiness, creating a growing disconnect between confidence and actual capability. What’s more, 65% of respondents say that the pace of technological change in their industry is faster than their organization’s ability to adapt. This widening gap highlights the urgent need for companies to build resilience, agility, and a future-ready approach to digital transformation.

The report is structured into four key chapters:
1. Technology Changing the Way Organizations Work
2. Technology Bringing Value to Organizations
3. Challenges of Implementing Technology
4. Implementing Change Wisely: Best Practices in Change Management
