Julita Iks, who previously served as the Head of Service Delivery, has been appointed as the new CEO of the Kraków-based company Talent Alpha, replacing Agnieszka Porębska in this role. The primary responsibility of the new CEO will be to maintain the company’s stable position and drive further growth. Talent Alpha is a company that connects businesses in the IT industry across 55 countries and recently announced the addition of its thousandth partner to its platform.
Julita Iks takes over the leadership of Talent Alpha at the end of August 2024. Until now, she has been overseeing the company’s operations in customer service, project execution, and day-to-day process management. She has an in-depth knowledge of the company and its key clients.
“In recent years, we have achieved a great deal. We have entered new markets, increased the number of partners, and introduced new services. I want to maintain this momentum while also exploring new growth opportunities,” says Julita. “At the request of our clients, we are expanding into permanent recruitment support and testing roles outside of IT. I am grateful for the trust placed in me and for being entrusted with this new role. I believe that the key to success lies in the ability to connect people, technology, and sustainable solutions. Together, we will grow the company and adapt to the global changes that shape its future.”
Julita has been with Talent Alpha since 2020 and brings 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry. She studied Human Resource Management at the University of Warsaw and previously worked for Experis IT, a business line that is part of one of the world’s leading recruitment agencies. She also cooperates with the IT Girls foundation.
“I am leaving the company in the best hands; no one knows it better than Julita,” says Agnieszka Porębska, the outgoing CEO. Agnieszka has led the company for the past two years, during which Talent Alpha has expanded its operations and improved its performance. “The recent period has been particularly challenging for the IT sector. Despite this, thanks to the hard work of our wonderful and highly dedicated team, we have achieved a great deal. I feel confident in saying: mission accomplished. I want to thank everyone who contributed to this success—our employees, clients, partners, and of course, our investors.” Agnieszka Porębska had been with Talent Alpha since 2019. She will remain connected to the company as a shareholder and is now preparing for the next step in her career.
