The editors of Rzeczpospolita, one of the most influential opinion-forming dailies in Poland, asked us how we have evolved over the years, where we stand today, and what our plans for the future are. Our CEO, Julita Iks, was invited to speak with editor Marcin Piasecki.
Five years ago, our ecosystem of IT service providers included around 100 companies – those that worked with us and had the right specialists on board. Today, we collaborate with over 1,000 companies across more than 55 countries. We estimate that this represents approximately 80,000 specialists. Our tool is designed to manage the full scope of our clients’ talent needs. It’s a platform that brings together all the companies that either provide or require IT talent.(…)
When we first entered your competition, our revenue was at the level of just a few hundred thousand zlotys. Today, it’s several million. Having a thousand companies gathered in one place represents tremendous scale. For international clients, that’s a huge advantage – because when they come to us, they might have talent needs in one country today, and in another a month later – says Julita Iks.
